The first woman to lead Caribe Hilton, our General Manager – Sharilyn Toko-Alfonso – is committed to making deep connections with her team. She has worked to find flexible scheduling options, and offers wellness activities that range from cardio tennis tournaments to meditation classes and cooking competitions. Her dedication to developing a strong kinship amongst her team has allowed us to work together to overcome hardships and give back to the community through charity efforts.
