Olas Spa

The Caribe Hilton San Juan is home to the 12,000-sq.-ft. Olas Spa, with its full menu of services, from traditional massages and facials to the most unique body and water therapies. Healing hands combined with natural and tropical ingredients result in full array of truly renewing and revitalizing treatments where honey, cucumber, sea salts, seaweed or mud are used to revitalize and relax you. Other services include manicures and pedicures, a full-service hair salon, and many day spa packages.

Fitness by Precor®

We welcome our guests to enjoy our comprehensive, state- of -the-art Health Club equipped with cardiovascular equipment, treadmills, elliptical machines, upright bikes, free weights, and the latest in strength training machines. We offer daily fitness programs, including water aerobics, yoga, circuit training, Pilates and much more.

Certified exercise specialist conduct all fitness. The Fitness by Precor® opens from Monday through Friday 6:00am until 10:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00am. to 9:00pm.

To schedule your service, please call 787.977.5500 or 1.877.888.OLAS Non-hotel guests may be required to provide credit card information to secure reservations. We confirm appointments 24 hours in advance. Our operating hours are Monday to Saturday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm, Sunday & Holidays 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.

PLAN AHEAD
Your appointment time will be reserved just for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 12 hours in advance to avoid charges. For all day spa packages we would appreciate a 24-hour notice. If cancellation policy is not observed, full amount will be charged to your account.

BE ON TIME
Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so that you can fully benefit from your services. All services will be adjusted to arrival time and could be affected due to lateness. Please allow al least 30 minutes before your appointment time to check in, enjoy our sauna and steam room or simply take a nice shower.

CHECK IN
Upon entering the spa, please stop at the reception desk to check in and receive your personal daily locker and spa sandals. A spa robe and towel will be waiting for you at your locker. Our staff will give you a brief orientation on where everything is and how to enjoy the spa.

IT'S YOUR CHOICE
For all body treatments, undergarments are your choice. During all services, your therapist will cover you with towels and uncover the areas to be worked on. For all hydrotherapy treatments, a bathing suit is required.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please let us know about your spa experience by completing our comment card. Any situation you might have encountered must be informed upon check out.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
All our services are available in gift certificate form. We can make suggestions and help create the perfect gift. Gift certificates have no redeemable cash value, are non-refundable, non-transferable and good for a year. Gift Certificates may be ordered by fax and delivery service is available.

CHILDREN
For security reasons, children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the locker area, showers, sauna, steam and whirlpool. Children receiving spa services and accompanied by parent or legal guardian are allowed in spa facilities.

TIPS
Gratuities are not included in the prices. Fifteen percent is customary, but it's up to you. Also, gratuities are extended at the time of payment.

TAXES
Taxes are not included in our prices.
